Rating of Knowledge Management Factors Affecting Construction Company Performance

Constructionindustry uses project-based activities where project participants are considered as knowledge sources. This makes management important factors in performance. Thus, this study presents a quantitative on identifying affecting Turner construction company performance UAE.The identified 32 and classified into 4 groups namely leadership, culture, process technology. In KMP7 Believe insharing with others. final group technology, KMT8 Responsible creating knowledge-sharing technology environment.The result also has attained highest score.For cross tabulation analysis, it culture related more pertinent senior respondents holding higher position thecompany. logic they need manage holistically compare junior respondents.
